Anyone who has been to the Carmel Mission knows that the church, courtyard, and gardens are gorgeous, but sadly for us the courtyard was under construction while we were there for Gannon & Elisa's wedding in June. Bummer! But with a fantastic photographer like Larry, he's able to find areas to give a greater amount of variety with what we had available to us. Not to mention our bride and groom had their hearts set on going to the beach. Yes please!

We started our day meeting Elisa at the Mission, long before any guests would start arriving, which was awesome because we were able to use that rustic wood door at entrance to the mission. Her bridesmaids were all dressed in gold, which looked so perfect with the Spanish architecture. Red roses for the bridesmaids and a white teardrop bouquet completed their looks.

The reception was held at the Monterey Elk's Lodge, and what a fun celebration they had with family and friends! Dancing started with a gorgeous sunset beaming through the windows. It was wonderful to be a part of this crowd that we've known for years. Congratulations to Elisa and Gannon!
